Cancellation Policy

Neervana Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

At Neervana Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd., we value transparency and strive to build strong relationships with our clients. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which you may cancel services with us.

1. Project-Based Services (Web Design, Web Development, Software Development)

• Cancellation Before Project Initiation:
  If you choose to cancel a project before any work has begun, you are eligible for a full refund of any advance payments made, minus any applicable administrative charges.

• Cancellation After Project Initiation:
  If a project is canceled after work has begun:

  • Charges will be applied for all completed work and approved milestones up to the date of cancellation.

  • Any remaining advance payment, if applicable, will be refunded after deducting the cost of work completed.

  • No refund will be provided if 50% or more of the project has been completed.

• Cancellation by Neervana Tech Solutions:
  We reserve the right to cancel any project due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., non-cooperation, breach of terms, or non-payment). In such cases, we will bill for work completed and refund any balance payment.

2. Retainer and Maintenance Contracts

• Clients may cancel a monthly or annual retainer/maintenance contract with 30 days' written notice.

• No refunds will be issued for the current month’s work once it has commenced.

• For annual contracts, a pro-rata refund may be considered based on unused service months, after deducting any applicable setup or administrative fees.

3. Custom Software or SaaS Products

• For licensed software or SaaS services, cancellation terms will be governed by the individual service agreement.

• Any upfront license fees or setup charges are non-refundable once the service is activated.

4. Communication of Cancellation

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to contact@neervanatech.com or your assigned project manager. The effective date of cancellation will be the date we receive the written request.

5. Final Deliverables & Data Transfer

Upon cancellation and clearance of all dues:

• All completed work will be handed over in the mutually agreed format.

• We may retain a copy of the project files for internal reference unless otherwise requested.
